Production process of nitrile gloves

Author:

When you choose nitrile gloves, you will not only look at the appearance, but also want to know how the gloves are made. Today I will take nitrile gloves as an example to describe the production process of nitrile gloves in detail.
Cleaning the hand mask: Wash off the residue and dirt on the ceramic hand mask with soapy water and bleach, then use a rotating brush to clean the hand mask thoroughly, rinse with hot water and hang to dry.
Dip molding: Dip the hand mold into a container filled with nitrile, heat it at high temperature, and then dry it to shape the glove.
Glove beading: Rub a roller brush over latex gloves to create a bead. The rolled edge is used to facilitate the donning and doffing of the glove.
Chlorine washing and polymer coating: After the nitrile gloves are made, they will be treated with chlorine washing or polymer coating, which is a key step to ensure that the gloves are easy to put on and take off. The chlorine wash makes the gloves softer and smoother; the polymer coating adheres to the gloves and makes them more lubricious.
Mold release packaging: Use an automatic peeling machine to separate the gloves from the hand mold.
Inspection: Quality control process approach from standards specified by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Puncture resistance test, abrasion resistance test, corrosion resistance test, tearing force test value, gram weighing and pinhole test, etc. The test follows the AQL standard, and only qualified gloves will be retained.
