Principle of impregnated rubber gloves


Latex gloves are a common protective gloves, its principle is to immerse the substrate of the gloves in liquid rubber, so that the rubber coating and the substrate are closely combined to form a protective layer. This glove has the characteristics of waterproof, oil proof, corrosion proof, wear resistance, etc., and is widely used in chemical, medical, laboratory and other fields.
The production process of impregnated gloves is divided into the following steps:
1. Select the right substrate. Commonly used substrates are natural rubber, synthetic rubber, polyvinyl chloride and so on. Different substrates have different characteristics, and appropriate materials need to be selected according to the use environment and requirements.
2. Prepare liquid rubber. Liquid rubber is the key material of impregnated gloves, which needs to go through a series of processing processes to obtain. First of all, the rubber raw material is added to the reaction kettle, the catalyst and the accelerator are added to react, so that the rubber raw material becomes a liquid state
2.3. Dip in glue. Place the base material in the liquid rubber so that it is completely immersed in the glue solution and then remove it to dry. This process needs to control the dipping time and temperature to ensure the uniformity and quality of the coating.
3.. Dry. Put the gloves soaked in glue into the oven for drying, so that the coating is completely cured. This process requires good temperature and time control to avoid problems such as cracking or peeling of the coating
4. Check. The finished gloves are inspected to check the thickness, quality and wear resistance of the coating
